The Veal Rustico was absolutely amazing. Most flavorful meal I've had in decades... the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was extremely comfortable and welcoming. I will definitely be returning on a weekly basis.
First time visit and was very impressed. Great menu with all the expected items plus unique options. And reasonable prices. House wines were delicious with a generous pour. White Zinfandel is not often seen these days but this one was a treat. Nicely decorated. Main ding room was nearly full on a Thursday night but easy to have a conversation. We'll be back. Likely to become a favorite.
We have been dining at Al Fresco since last century. One of the best restaurants in Tidewater Virginia. We had 5 in our party, everyone ordered something different, all delicious. Very enjoyable and relaxed.
