Cashier was rude as soon as we walked up to order and made it difficult to place my husband & my orders. I felt sad the rest of the day for being treated disrespected just because I can't hear well even with my hearing aids. We are a 70 yr old couple.
Today is Good Friday nothing was good about my short visit at Popeyes located in Newport News Virginia on Warwick Blvd. The front end crew member was very rude and antagonize me with her assumption that I was on something (like drugs or pills). It was lunch hour and all I ask for was some dipping sauce and the crew member carried on being unprofessional and not coustmer service friendly at all. Godawful service. Rude. Sat for 30 minutes and nobody ever came over the speaker when we made it up to it. Drove up to window to see if it was broken and got told to go sit for another 30 minutes because we didn’t stay by the speaker long enough, we sat by speaker for ten whole minutes. Don’t even bother here. Lady at window was then rude and acted like it was our fault that nobody is responding
