I had an absolutely flawless pick-up experience! Ordering was seamless, and my food was ready exactly when promised, packed securely, and fresh out of the kitchen. Every item was correct, and the flavors were outstanding—it tasted just as amazing at home as it would have dining in. The staff at the counter were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making the handoff quick and pleasant. It is rare to find a place that executes takeout with this level of care and quality....
I go to the one on Jefferson Avenue in Newport News Virginia and the manager is wonderful. She helps me order every time she’s so sweet with a hug and just wonderful and Professional. I’ll keep coming back. She’s got this place running straight.
It was a much better experience than most quick and easy fast food places. I've gone to the customers were happy in the store and the staff seem to be interacting and generally concerned with their customers. Food was great
