The food is well seasoned. The catfish are smaller and I am not too thrilled about their hushpuppies.The lady at the cashier provided excellent customer service though, such a wonderful energy!
Restaurant was freezing! When I asked the owner why it was cold inside she told me “it’s cold outside”. I replied that I knew it was cold outside. It’s supposed to be cold outside. You don’t expect it to be cold inside a building. She just walked away.

I've been a Skrimp Shack regular since Mitch and his wife opened the one down the street from Lee Hall Elementary School.The menu has grown a little since the beginning, but the concept remains the same: downright good comfort food. That spicy po-boy sauce is a great compliment to everything from the catfish nuggets to the shrimp po-boy and beyond.
