I'm assuming you deleted my last review so I'll post it again. Thanks for giving me the wrong order on DoorDash and then not even apologizing when I called. You put shrimp in my food which I am allergic to, no straws, napkins, sauce and NO customer service. Oh and it was cold, I live 4 driving mins away. NEVER SPENDING MONEY HERE AGAIN. Have a terrible day.
I ordered fish and shrimp last night and not even 20 min after eating It, did I start vomiting, Diarrhea, fever, cramps in stomach . Food poisoning at its best 🤦🏾♀️!
Grilled shrimp were burnt. Called to get them replaced not as bad as the first order but crude from the grill on them. Grill needs cleaning. When I went to pick up the new shrimp girl hands them to me and says there you go. Poor customer service, no sorry about that and thank you.

The service is down-to-earth, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Some days are better than others, as one visit had cocktail sauce in packets that were yellow and not spicy. However, the overall experience is great, with customers happy and staff interacting and generally concerned. A wonderful manager runs the place straight and is sweet, professional, and knows everyone. Good spirits and vibes make it a good spot to eat with great customer service.
