“Dining room furniture uncomfortable. Was better before remodeling that took place during 2023.

Wheelchair accessibility: Driveway is VERY steep and falls to offer pedestrians or wheelchair users room to stay clear of auto traffic entering from busy highway. No walkway connection between public sidewalk and location's entrances.“

“Food is good but I don't see the point in sealing the bag for someone picking up their own food bc if the bag had not been sealed I could've made sure I wasn't missing a burrito and the 2 nacho cheeses yall had the nerve to charge me 50 cent each for. I can't even go back bc waiting on the food dang near ate up my whole hour break 😠“

“My order is always right and hot, however I'm NEVER GREETED when walking in to pickup my mobile order, today specifically I walked in and the mngr was standing up front along with 2 other employees it took at least 2 mins for anyone to ask what I was there for, and they don't say thank u have a nice day or anythg... I always experience this but today was it, I can't spend anymore money at this location“

“We were just grabbing a quick bite before going back to our hotel and stopped. We had been to a few local places and many had terrible service so I wasn't holding my breath. The young lady who handled our order was so nice and polite. We had one mistake in our order but it was late and we were very tired so we didn't go back through the drive thru to get it fixed. It was just nice to see someone who had a smile, was mannered, and wasn't rude.“

“Gosh I wish I got her name, but she was working at 11pm on 01-19-25 (hopefully that helps track her down) she was so sweet and professional and over the top helpful when I was indecisive. The food (chicken and steak chalupa, or something like that) was also amazing!!! She made me wanna go to Taco Bell 24/7 , thank you!!!“

“We always use the drive thru here. As all three people in my family are disabled, we simply can't go inside. I am usually the one sent to pick up from this location. I never want to be the guy that's holding up the line, checking everything to make sure it's correct before I leave the window. Unfortunately, we have received so many incorrect orders here that from now on, i will have to be that guy. It is unfair to the customer to have to do that. This time, it was a missing Taco Supreme and a missing cheese cup from one of three supreme box meals. I don't understand when I hear high school kids complain about how much they make, yet can't seem to get an order correct. This is a problem for the customer. Please stress the importance of filling orders correctly.
That being said, I would like to note that I had to hobble in once on my cane cuz I had to use the restroom. They were polite in letting me use it even tho I hadn't ordered yet. The restroom was clean and easily accessible for the disabled. Fully stocked. The dining area looked clean. Everyone behind the counter was hard at work. All in all, a great place to grub. Bear approved.“

“Taco Bell is pretty good although some of the quality has gone down. They still remain a good fast food option over the burgers. The classic combo is good, and when the KFC is stacked on top of Taco Bell. It's nice to have the 2 Mountain Dew exclusives. I do wish they had more flavors of dew. But all in all, I had a classic combo. And able to add-on. An additional item off the value menu. They aren't too bad If you're in a pension don't want a typical burger It's the typical fast food.“
