I have been a customer for a number of years and have never received a Hilltop sandwich as poorly made as the one I bought yesterday. I purchased one for my sister also and she agrees with my assessment.
The bread and the ingredients were not up to the standards that I've become accustomed to at Taste. I made a special trip to treat myself and my sister and we were both disappointed.

The food and the people who work in this store
For the price, the sandwiches are a rip off. They are decent but definitely not a cheap lunch spot. Management at this particular location is extremely poor, and always seem bothered or stressed. The employees themselves are friendly, but they could definitely step up the management end of things. They do not train well, and one in particular always smells of stale cigarette smoke
