Chick-fil-A in Norfolk

“they do well here considering the high demand, but its frustrating that most of the time when i order a sunjoy with unsweetened tea, i am given one with sweet tea, so i end up paying an upcharge for a drink i dont even want. would be nice if i could get a discount for not getting a drink with a combo, or if they had iced coffee“

“This is all you need, 5 stars! I didn't visit this time but i thought how interesting the lines were still wrapped around the building with employees in tents, on foot delivering food, and the line was moving while Popeyes was out of chicken PERIOD 👏 👏 . I watched all this unfold at o traffic light in the Chesapeake Square area.“

“The line outside was Chick-fil-a long, but we moved through pretty quick. The food was Chick-fil-A good. My only complaint was that they left out an item in my order. I didn't go back in because the lines were long, and it was worth it to return back for one item. I also didn't want to get out of my car and go inside because that would have defeated the purpose of me waiting in the drive thru line the first time.“

“I’ve been to so many Chick fil A’s across the east coast, and this one was above and beyond. The staff were patient, attentive, and helpful. While most chick fil a’s exemplify these qualities, this particular location made our visit a great experience!“

“Lately I been doing mobile ordering. Thinking I'm gonna save time at windows. And they always seem to make me pull up and someone gonna bring it out. Very inconvenient cause the parking lot be to packed to find parking. Next time I'm gonna need a refund. Also the chicken tasted like burnt grease today.“

“I have visited this Chick-fil-A on several occassions. Service and quality used to be a lot worst. The place is improving and getting it's groove together. Cleaner and friendlier, but has a bit more to grow. I think the root of the problem is a need to hire more personel during the peak rush hours.“
