“they do well here considering the high demand, but its frustrating that most of the time when i order a sunjoy with unsweetened tea, i am given one with sweet tea, so i end up paying an upcharge for a drink i dont even want. would be nice if i could get a discount for not getting a drink with a combo, or if they had iced coffee“

“Z / Neek was amazing! She corrected my meal so it was less money because we didn’t understand that it was cheaper. She deserves a raise! The staff outside near the window was awesome too. My only concern is that we live in a world where someone like Z is afraid to speak her mind and teach me something new! So I’ll be a smart ass for her so she no longer needs to be afraid of her bill of rights being violated.“

“This location can get super busy (well, all of them can, but when the outlets are busy this location is slammed!) but the drive-thru still moves at a great pace. Food quality is always great and staff is almost always super friendly with the occasional maybe someone is having an off day. Ordering in the app is easy and I love that the staff confirms your mobile order and you can add or change anything when you get there. Our orders are almost always accurate with only very few times that items have been missing but the staff is quick to help us out (we have large orders for our office sometimes so missing one item out of 15 is understandable).“

On my recent visit, the employees were as pleasant as ever, and my order was taken and delivered with a smile.
The food, as expected, was top-notch. My classic chicken sandwich was hot, crispy, and delicious, and the waffle fries were perfectly seasoned and fresh. It’s this consistency that makes it so easy to return time and again.
The reason for docking one star is a minor but recurring issue with order accuracy. On this particular visit, a requested sauce was missing from the bag. While not a deal-breaker, it's a small detail that can be a slight inconvenience after you've already driven away. This has happened on a couple of other occasions as well.
Overall, this Chick-fil-A is a solid choice for a quick and satisfying meal in Norfolk. The stellar service and reliable food quality far outweigh any minor inconsistencies. I'll certainly be back, but I'll be sure to double-check my bag for sauces before I leave.“
