Excellent location! Anytime I visit the NEX, I stop here for lunch. The cashier and cooks are all pleasant. My order is made properly and promptly every time. I especially love that they offer Gluten Free rolls. Hook & Ladder is 10/10
This specific Firehouse Subs does an amazing job on a day to day basis. I eat lunch here 3-4 days a week for the last 3 years. The food and service is unmatched. The professionalism of the staff is always fantastic! This Firehouse sets the standard for all other stores! Sincerely, Todd Lowe.
Asked if they could do a catering order last minute, literally at the time I ordered. They were slammed. They said sure and made boxes to feed my team of 40. Everything was great thank you so much, you guys rock!!
