As always, this location Staff and management are UNRIVALED! Although sometimes while ordering, there seems to be some very rude and obnoxious customers laying blame for things the customer has ordered incorrectly. Each Staff member goes through the ordering process with each customer thoroughly, but unfortunately the Staff seem to take the blame, especially when it comes to the customer's personal review and/or their incorrect order
It is quite the rarity to be a patron of a chain restaurant and be met with EXCELLENT customer service, quality food, and personable engagement almost every time! The staff and product here are extremely exceptional! I can only assume they have leadership that cares. My usual go-to options are : Meatball Sub, Italian Grill Chicken Salad, Chicken and Dumplings or Tuna Sub . Any of those are golden . The best fast food chain in the area . The food is great and fresh all the time. The store is clean and welcoming. Employees are always polite and very accommodating at all time. The menu’s variety is outstanding that caters to every one’s needs. Just want to say thank you to the management for providing us a great meal everyday when we are too busy to do it at home. Thank you guys for a great job !!!!
