The Pagoda sits on the edge of the Elizabeth River, not to far from Town Point Park. Very small Japanese garden with exotic plants and a couple fountains. The park is opened from sunrise till sunset. The Pagoda was closed when I visited. I assume it's a small restaurant open to the public. If you bring your own food, there's tables outside to sit and enjoy. The pond was covered in nets and flags and there was no sign of Koi in the pond, so I'm guessing there's a predator. You...read full review
Nice place for an evening walk and to watch a sunset
The pagoda was donated by Taiwan ROC government in 1983. It was well maintained
