“I’ve loved this restaurant for many years, and I swear they NEVER miss. The staff are super welcoming and friendly, the food is consistently amazing and amazingly consistent, and the vibes are always right! El Pope team- y’all are the best restaurant in town and anyone who says otherwise is simply “
“Ordered a carne asada burrito and chicken taco. I wish the burrito came with beans and rice since these dishes usually do as well as its own salsa. Needed more steak in the burrito as well it was mostly beans. Flavors were great, chicken had a good crispy seasoning.“
“I have always bought pupusas and food at the place, I have called to place my order and I have always had very good service!!! And they have always given me my exact change only if I want to tip I give it and the truth is the place is small but very nice all the food is delicious super recommended 10 out of 10 I think that the phone gets saturated and it is normal and well that doesn't do it The place is bad and speaking of clean, I have always seen everything very clean and there is nothing to complain about. I shop at the place all the time, the waitresses and everything are very friendly.“
“In a place where flavors blend and twirl,An authentic Mexican flag unfurled. Not just a taste, but a feast for the senses,Where every bite, tradition commences.A grocery store, oh so grand,Offers more than just the land.Mexican delights, so pure, so sweet,Finally, a spot where two cultures meet.“
“Nine Mile location; I had no idea there was a restaurant in the back of the store. I have been going regularly to the store for the chicarrons. Tried the restaurant side today. Very delicious beef soup. Good portions and prices. Friendly ladies. I will definitely be back for the horchata. I want to slowly go through the whole menu.“
“Great staff! Manager really amazing putting her heart into everything making sure everyone is taken care of and food made very good! The food is beyond "AMAZING".......atmosphere is very laid back and wonderful! Truly appreciate y'all!!!!!!! I will be back!!!!!“
“I was glad that my white found this place on our recent travels, I liked their pupusas so much that I stopped by again on our way back home, but it was worth the detour and despite that you have to wait at least 15 minutes for the order to be fulfilled it's worth it because the pupusas are made fresh otherwise they wouldn't taste as good.If you haven't had or don't know what pupusas are, they are a typical food from Central America, mainly from El Salvador and they're delicious, not everyone that sells them know how to make them, or are as tasty as these, they're very good, also their fried yucca (cassava root) is good with chicharrones (fried pork meat chunks). The only bad thing is that I live four hours away or this'll be my place to go whenever I craved pupusas,“
