“Amazing place. Treat you like family. Hüseyin is usually in front (super generous and friendly) along with his dad or another staffer, and I think his mom makes the pastries herself through a delicate time-consuming process. Of course have the strong Turkish coffee, no milk or sugar! Not sure if they still do but at some point a small Turkish coffee came for free with your meal.

Note: the dish usually comes with a more appetizing looking cream; it was added after this photo (and to his credit he remembered right after someone else served it, happens!)

Also, once I asked Hüseyin about a lemon based Turkish hand sanitizer and he just gave it to me. Good guy.“

“I come to this hookah bar pretty often, and the service here is always top-notch. Nina is absolutely amazing. She remembers my order every time, checks in without being overbearing, and just makes the whole experience better. Zaid also helps when Nina is busy and is as friendly as possible. Siddiq, the hookah guy is on top of it always and makes sure my charcoal never burns out. It’s rare to find that kind of consistency and genuine care in service these days. The atmosphere’s great, the hookah’s solid, and the staff really make you feel like a regular. Easily a 5-star experience every visit.“

“Clifton Cafe is our new favorite evening spot on the weekends. We’ve been customers since the original owners opened it years ago, but until this past fall we did more to go orders than dine in since the service and time to prep food was often slow and unpredictable. Now we go almost every week. We’ve noticed big improvements since they expanded their kitchen and redesigned the bar area. Their new pull up bar is beautiful and spacious. The new owners and management are great too! We love the evening staff as well, especially Ian and Nicole. They are very personable, accommodating, and attentive. They have great happy hour specials from 3-6 and make the best margaritas and espresso martinis. Some of our favorite dinner items include the crab dip, Mediterranean salad, cuban sandwich, burgers, crab cakes, quiche specials, banana pudding, and too many crepes to name! We also appreciate that they have become more family friendly. We had a last minute party of 14 on a Friday evening (half of which were children ages 1-11) and they didn’t hesitate to pull some tables together in a private nook to accommodate our large group (again thanks to Ian and Nicole). We noticed they finally got a changing table in the large bathroom, which they are about to install. Our kids are past that stage, but there were several times when they were little that a changing table would have been helpful.“

“This is a to-go Indian chaat spot located inside a gas station. Here’s how it works: you place your order at the cashier, and they bring the food out to you. There’s also a small corner with a few chairs if you want to eat quickly and head out.

We ordered the samosa wrap, which this place is known for - and it was delicious. The filling includes chana and rice by default, along with whatever other toppings you choose, making it quite hearty and satisfying.

We also tried the dahi puri chaat, which was very good. My husband and I shared both dishes and were completely full by the end. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

Oh - almost forgot! They also sell Indian beers here like Haywards 5000 and Kingfisher, if that’s your thing.“

“Not my first time coming to HK Tea House but it was my first time ordering their bubble waffle with fruit. The waffle was fresh, crisp on the outside and perfectly chewy on the inside. They put fresh cut strawberries and bananas on top with chocolate and peanut butter drizzles and a light dusting of powdered sugar. Takes about 15 min for them to make it but I felt like that was very reasonable. Tasted great and wasn't too sweet even with all the toppings. Fantastic service as always and I would come back for this dessert!“

“This place is pretty innocuous but when I saw 1-10$ and 4.8 stars I had to drop by. The food is very good, especially for the prices. I got a steak and cheese and fries and it was tasty, but i also got mozzarella sticks. Maybe i am biased from the city selling a worse product for several times more but serious 6 mozzies for 3.50 theyre medium sized, crunchy, hot, and the sauce is really good. This is one of the rare times I find sometbing that is obnoxiously well priced and its a shame i live 20min away and cant come here as often as Id like. Please go here. Please try the mozzies. “The moment you walk in, the environment is so welcoming, fresh, and vibey. It's like you know " this is going to be good". Then you are greeted, and the service was just that much better. She was awesome, super friendly and likeable. Didn't have to wait too long for food, clearly it was made fresh to order because when i got it (chicken ceaser wrap with fries) it was AMAZING. the fries were so perfectly crisp and warm, the wrap was balanced, warm, but not too warm because of the lettuce. Cannot rave enough about my experience, and the food. I'm looking forward to when i can make it back for another meal!“

RTC doesn't have a coffee place that tastes even close in terms of quality - The coffee shops there are a bit overhyped. “Oh my gosh! I love this place! We were visiting from Texas and this was our everyday morning stop (and it may or may not have been an evening snack or two also ). All the different pastries were awesome (my son had a mango cream bun every time). You HAVE to try the Tiramisu latte. Oh! Oh! And the Black Forest Cake was the friggin bomb! More than how great the food was, the ownership and staff were spectacular! We felt like we were popping in and seeing old friends. Highlights include their pastel de queso, the sonso de yucca, the empanada arroz and the sopa de mani but there's so much more including delicious Saltenas and if you're really hungry their Majadito. “I’ve lived in the area for years and have been waiting for a coffee shop in this neighborhood. Semicolon is wonderful! Very cute and modern inside. The Bulgogi sandwich is soooo good. I also love their Biscoff latte. Delicious! The cost of the specialty latte however is a little high. Though $7 for a latte is pretty normal, the size is quite small for the price.“

“I couldn't be more happy with the courtesy and professionalism of all the people at Honda of Tysons Corner: my salesperson Marco Hurtado, the finance guy Derek Nguyen, and sales manager Sal Siddiqui. With my beloved Mercedes declared a total loss in the torrential rains when I went back to New York a few weeks ago, they worked with me over the phone and online, and finally in person, to put me in a perfect replacement (yes, a perfect replacement even for an E-350)...the new Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L. “This place is a pleasure to visit whether you’re buying a bike or not. You can stop in for a beer and talk with the awesome patrons and knowledgeable staff and browse their extensive inventory. I was looking for a bike for my son to ride with me and get him off the video games. I wanted to get him a bike that he would enjoy and not get tired and the FX e-bike fit the bill. Todd Mater heard my story and said when next week’s shipment came in, he’d hold a bike for me. 3 days later he responded and I went in to check it and another bike out. They were more then happy to set me up with any bike I wanted to test - they are located right on a world class bike trail and I was free to test it out. Mr. Bill Hellwig is an older gentleman with extensive knowledge and shared with me everything he knew from his years of experience in biking and helped guide me in my decision. When I finally settled on what I wanted they made sure everything was adjusted and in perfect order. It was an awesome “new bike day” and they made the process a real pleasure. I highly recommend this bike shop!“

“I am someone who always stops by a Korean bakery in Annandale or Centerville every week to buy bread. Lami is the best, both in terms of taste and price. However, what is disappointing is that the bread variety is monotonous.
Some reviews say they are only friendly to Koreans, but from my experience as a regular customer, it's because their English isn't perfect and they don't know what to do. Don't misunderstand.“
