“Outstanding Customer Service! Every time I have ordered from this store, whether for a family order or an event, the customer service has been outstanding. Most recently, I needed to order a lot of pizzas for my son's Eagle Scout project. I ordered very quickly online, and didn't look for coupons or sales because I was rushing and just needed the pizza. When I came to pick up the order, the associate there told me he would apply a better deal to my order. He didn't have to do that, and I would never have complained about the cost, but he took the time and the care to give me the best deal possible. The pizza was hot and ready when I got there. I highly recommend this location!“

“We came for the bottomless brunch on a Sunday afternoon. I don’t know what was better, the food or the service. Caitlyn, our server, was amazing. Everything from taking our orders, to checking in on us periodically, to just having conversations with us about the food. We got the seafood scramble, catfish and grits, and thick cut brioche, and wings Everything was 100/10. We also tried every cocktail on the bottomless drink menu and they were amazing! Can’t recommend this place for brunch and Caitlyn enough!!!“

“For several years, the pizzas from Great Falls Deli Italiano were wonderful. Then the problems started - always something unsatisfactory with every order. And the pizza toppings were extremely skimpy. So we stopped ordering from them. Yesterday we decided to give them another try. Glad we did - the Quattro Formaggi pizza and the big steak sub were both delicious. Of course, based on previous experiences with skimpy toppings, I paid for extra amounts of each of the cheeses on the pizza. Do not know what it would be like without paying for extra amounts of toppings.“

“I tried their food for the first time yesterday, based on a recommendation of a new employee at my place of work. I was absolutely shocked by how delicious the sandwich was. The chicken was crispy and juicy and the rooster sauce was dynamite! After lunch, I recommended it to another coworker who then also ordered it for lunch and tried it for the first time. “I came across this spot while looking for something quick but ended up finding one of the best meals I have had in a while. The chicken sandwich had the perfect crunch with juicy meat inside and a creamy sauce that tied it all together. Every bite felt balanced and full of flavor, not heavy or greasy like most places.

Then came the waffle fries. They were golden, crisp, and lightly seasoned with a flavor that actually stood out on its own. Dipped into that house sauce, they were addicting. You could tell everything was cooked fresh and served with care.

The staff made the visit even better with their easygoing attitude and quick service despite the lunch rush. It is rare to find food that feels homemade and comforting yet still fits perfectly for a casual meal out. I will definitely be stopping by again soon to try more from the menu.“

Ordered 10 pc plain wings and half chicken with supreme sauce. They did fantastic job on both orders.

The wings. Crispy outside, juicy inside. Piping hot. We had it yesterday. My gf is already saying we need to go back to get the wings again.

Supposed to be garlicy, overly sweet, slightly spicy, almost creamy from white mayo sauce, and most importantly soaked in the sauce. They nailed it and have it exactly the way I remember it from my childhood in the 90s. Other establishments of Cheogajip generally do a decent job but often go easy on the sauce and kind of ruins the whole point of this particular recipe imo. Not enough sauce applies to other popular franchieses these days too. But not here. 200% satisfied with how they prepared it 🙂🙂

“We’ve eaten at The Falls for both date nights and family outings and were extremely impressed every time. I was excited to hear they also do catering! We called The Falls, spoke to Kelly and she was super helpful, communicative and helped with everything from how much food would be appropriate for our size event and how many staff would be recommended. We had our annual Santa party with 190 people and everyone was super impressed with the food quality, the attentive staff and how friendly and courteous they were. They left my house cleaner than before the party and even boxed up some left overs for us to enjoy. They’re a true blessing and made our party one we’ll remember for years! “Absolute amazing place to eat traditional fried American food done right by Americans! The prices are fair and there’s a good variety of drinks and sides. The mac & cheese is amazing no matter what that other guy says. To the guy that said it’s not American owned anymore, it most certainly is I guess you just got a problem on what kind of Americans they are. Also, pretty sure they are Korean. Or at least that’s what my Chinese Buddy tells me! But since it is Asian American owned now we are forced to eat with chopsticks.“

“Nice, chill location. the food was good. I ordered the 10pc wings with fries. I don't recommend getting the honey mustard sauce. it's the cost of a drink🥴, literally. Why something the same size as ranch or blue cheese costs the same as a drink (while the ranch and blue cheese don't cost extra), I'm not sure. If you're like me and don't eat ranch or blue cheese, bring your own honey mustard. other than that, I highly recommend.“

“Two days ago we had the 1/3/2022 mini blizzard here in nova. I had started my new job just down the street from their location so decided to order curb side pickup from online. Well, when I finally go outside and start driving I see how bad the weather is and get to RHB but it looks closed. I pull in and promptly get stuck at the entryway. I finally make it and get my car out of the unplowed lot and decide i best go back to my new job hungry. I had no food, it was birthday and I was pretty sure after encountering the weather I may be stranded at this job over night. So, I drive back to my office and get stuck right at the entryway of the parking lot! Then the restaurant manager from RHB calls me about my order and I explain what happened and my current situation . He says just drive down the street and he will bring it out to me And I explain im stuck again but ill try! So 15 mins later im stuck in the same spot and a random gentleman in a truck stops and offers to plow me out which was no easy task but he does it anyways and then RASHEED RHB calls me again and i explain my dilemma snd says ill bring it to you send the address. Im like omg thank you! What are you arrives at my office I offered a Tip snd he says no but I explained that I had been stuck in the snow twice and that it’s my birthday and I might be stranded here thank you so much. He wished me a happy birthday and I told him that let me do something so I’m writing this review. Go see Rashid at the red hot and blue and Fairfax one of the nicest guys!“
