Order was correct
Disappointed that the driver left it on the porch.
I got a message saying the pizza was here.... so I stood there for several minutes waiting for a delivery car.....
After about 4-5 min, I looked down & saw it.
Needless to say it was Luke warm @ best.
He/she could have @ least rang the doorbell to let me know they had been here.
If that's the service you get with a 20% tip.... I'll go pick it up myself if I ever need delivery...read full review
Papa John's Portsmouth Boulevard location rates 5 stars in my book. Slight mistake was made and they fully corrected it plus. This happened Sunday evening and they were quick too. Praises to the night manager that took care of us. Highly recommend their pizza and their service.
