“I know there's a lot of 1-star reviews, but we've had nothing but positive experiences. We've ordered in store to eat there, and we've had plenty of pizzas delivered. I need to mention Marilyn though. I had family visiting where one member needed to eat gluten free. We had never ordered a GF pizza from Papa Johns before, so I called to ask questions about dedicated pans or if they clean space prior to prep. Marilyn explained everything and offered to make the pizza herself. She even called a few days later to ask if everything worked out. Understanding Papa Johns isn't a dedicated GF place, it can be tricky with allergies, Celiac, and sensitivities. No family member felt sick afterwards which was definitely a plus. Marilyn went above and beyond to ensure proper precautions were made as best as possible, and I appreciate that so much!“

“Burgers are very good. They feel like you made them at home. You can add many toppings to anything you get and it is really good for different preferences like gluten free or keto. You can get lettuce wrap instead of bun on burgers, hot dogs and other sandwiches. Fries are famous, they are cut fresh and they always give you extra fries. Nothing there is frozen!

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and keto are available. Getting lettuce wrap and there’s no gluten on the burgers or toppings.

Parking: Parking is abundant and free“

“We stopped here on our way to the National Museum of the Marine Corps. (We don't have a hardee's where we live) Food was good, staff was friendly. Manager on duty even checked on us while we were eating to make sure everything was good.“

The staff working there were really friendly and helpful. The menu is still appetizing, I could only hope that the items I was about to order would be prepared to spec and be as awesome.I tried a couple of their sliders; the Buffalo Chicken and the Jalapeño beef and both were excellent. The Buffalo was fresh, piping hot, and spicy too. I also tried their curly fries and they were OK, but a little on the cool side, so they might have been sitting in the bin before being served. Finally, I tried their Smokehouse Brisket and it was decent, but not nearly as good as those sliders.The lobby was decent, but all the sauces were empty. I asked for sauce at the counter and they gave me packets, as well as came out and filled the containers in the lobby.Overall – it was a nice visit and I’d return.“

I wanted something fast and I was like wth, let me try it out since it's been a few years after the renovation and new management. I am glad I went here. “We had a late dinner tonight (Saturday). I enjoyed my Cobb Salad so much that I forgot my purse in the restaurant when we left. As soon as we arrived home almost 20 miles away, I realized my purse was missing and it was already 9:30 PM which meant the restaurant would be closing in half an hour. My husband jumped in the car and headed back while I tried calling the restaurant. After about 4 attempts calling I finally got through and was informed my purse had been found and I could pick it up the same night. My husband got there about 2 minutes before 10 PM and was handed my purse with all its contents intact. I am so impressed with the honesty and caring manner in which this situation was handled.
