“I’d give this place a solid 4 stars. Food came out hot and fresh, which honestly makes a big difference. The fries were crispy, and the burger tasted just right for a quick stop. Service moved faster than expected, even during a busy hour. Not fancy, but reliable and easy when you need something fast.“

“Wonderful employees (including manager). Super clean and great food. It’s so cold in here, it’s uncomfortable to eat inside, however. Even employees are wearing coats to stay warm. Would give 5 star rating if this restaurant had some heat.“

When I visit, I am met with professionalism, kindness, and good customer service. Even when the store is busy, the workers remain courteous and make every effort to serve patrons in a timely manner. “The team at Bryans Road should be commended. The line at this location is insane in the evenings especially on $10 Tuesdays. Sometimes the line is so long and all I can see are buckets and buckets of chicken, leaving the store, continuously.
Every time I come, the chicken is cooked fresh and piping hot. The staff is friendly and the working manager is always present sharing the workload. I have had a lot of experience managing people and I know that the product that you produce is a direct reflection of the values that the manager holds their staff to. It's not really about chicken.It's about people doing things the right way.There's so little of that going on these days.It's refreshing to see that some people still care about doing things right.“

“I got the spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles, baked Mac and cheese with the banana pudding for dessert. The sandwich with the red sauce 8.8/10 nice healthy pieces of chicken, the Mac and cheese 9.2/10 the top was nice and crispy and the cheese was super creamy. Now the Banana pudding 9.8/10 nice thick pudding not watery at all the wafers were perfect bringing my total score to 27.8/30. the portions are well balanced!! Yeah I plan on returning to try 3 more random items from the menu“

“Hands down the absolute best food in Fredericksburg. The owner is welcoming and very friendly to the customers. Mambo sauce freshly made daily and is truly delicious. Wings are meaty and tasty, steak and cheese subs are amazing. Environment is relaxing and welcoming. I highly recommended this spot.“
