First I ordered coffee with no problem. They gave me coffee with my order. Yay.
The food was surprisingly good both myself and my partner ate our food and enjoyed all of it. The seasoning on the chicken sandwich was yummy.

“This location was fantastic. The server who greeted me at the register was fantastic, she was extremely welcoming. The dining room was comfortable and although some of the record were left a bit dirty by patrons who had previously been there, there were many other clean tables available. My son was able to eat and then play in the play area and enjoy himself for 15 minutes while I relaxed and watched.“

“Wow. Probably the best burger we have ever eaten. Our son was playing in a soccer tournament nearby. Afterwards we all fancied a burger. We googled and five guys came up. The cleanliness of this five guys was impressive, bathrooms spotless too. These high standards transferred over to the food and staff. All the staff smiley and happy and very helpful. You could tell they loved their job which is always a good sign of things to come… My goodness!!! A person in line mentioned the patti melt. I couldn’t see it on the menu. Then the person said its a secret menu coming soon. I ordered it and it did not disappoint! Delicious, fresh and without doubt the best burger i have ever had in recent memory . Fries delicious. Strawberry milkshake delicious! My wife and son said the very same about their food. If we are ever around the clinton area again,we will be going to five guys. “I ordered a custom spicy chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese. However, the sandwich I received contained no meat, was predominantly breading, and was excessively spicy. I went inside and looked for the complaint department, and I received a different piece of chicken and left with a smile on my face. Thanks, Chick-fil-A!“

“I decided to give the store and MOST ESPECIALLY the Team 5 stars because it was during lunchtime when i walked in there. Looked like they were making online orders and only servicing a handful of people so it should have been a quick in and out but it wasn’t. But not because they were slow, because they were busy with the online orders and then within minutes the rush came in. I observed this team led by James execute orders online and in person, with professionalism. James had a customer who demanded a refunded from the day before that he wasn’t aware of and assisted her until she was satisfied. Offered her options and provided excellent customer service. Aside from the normal hustle and bustle during the lunch rush which I assume can be a challenge daily, James made sure to take care of each individual customer ensuring the team was meeting expectations. The team was friendly and polite even when I witnessed a customer being rude and disrespectful. When folks are making your food, it’s not a bad idea to be kind. People make mistakes…give grace when grace is needed and it will be contagious and repaid if not paid forward. My parents loved their subs and so did I! Thank you James and team!!!“

“You know exactly what to expect at a Jersey Mikes. It’s hard to screw up a fresh sub but Jersey Mikes luckily (for me) always knocks it out of the park.

I am writing this review though for the staff. This location is near my work and I go somewhat regularly. Often enough to notice what a great team you have at this store. They are friendly, seem happy to be there and genuinely interested in making your sandwich just the way you want it. They say hello to everyone who walks in the door and several by name who must be regulars.

Kudos to the team and leadership. That kind of work culture takes a lot of time and effort to create and maintain and it keeps me coming back as a customer.

My favorites are the Italian on Parm bread Mikes way with relish. The cheesesteak, add bacon. The Tuna is always good too.“

“I did a curbside pick up the morning of Memorial Day, and even though they were out of caramel for the frappe, so I changed my order to a coffee. Donita actually came out to the car to tell me this personally and took care of the change to coffee. She also brought me a bag with a handle on it so I could easily carry everything in the house when I got home. She was so VERY polite and professional, that I KNOW I will be returning to this location all the time. Donita is just wonderful and I appreciate her service because I walk with a cane and she was just so kind and nice. “Drive through or pick up windows in front. Outside seating is available. The food is always hot and fresh here. The order is correct and fast. I stop here from time to time. Getting in and out on route 5 is hard sometimes depending on the time of the day. Go a little further down 301 and make the right by the J.C.s hall and come in on the side road. This is a easier option to get out also.“

“So 40 and plus years ago, I was a Roy Rogers buckaroo. Started in Montgomery Mall when it was downstairs and no food court. I try to go to them whenever I see one I've not been to. So this one had excellent chicken, even though I got their later. Was very impressed. Service was good, kids were nice. Inside was very clean. Will go back for chicken and maybe try roast beef again. Also hush puppies were good, first time trying them.“

What they didn't say was that there was no indoor seating... not that I need to be served everywhere, but if you're driving from 20 min away or farther locations, you don't always want to take stuff to go. Especially messy cheesesteaks. The cashier was very friendly, but again, you either have to stand and eat or take it to go. We got the chicken cheesesteak with grilled shrimp added and crabmeat egg rolls.“
