I stopped in for lunch to try their new prime rib steak sandwich, the flavor was there but the meat was very chewy could be sliced a little bit thinner, the caramelized onions were a very nice touch aioli was good , but I am a ketchup guy on my steak and cheese and that would have made the sandwich, and as always the Zapps potato chips are always on point it's a New Orleans thing and they had Dr pepper, I think next time I will just stick with my cold cut
I completely miffed my online order on what must be one of their busiest nights tonight, and when I called for help, the woman who answered my call could not have been more patient and kind. My husband arrived to pick up our order and she, personally, handled it and fixed it perfectly. Potbelly always has great sandwiches, and their milkshakes might be even better. Appreciate the great customer service too.
Ordered online using 4 separate orders for a party. Each order was filled and individually labeled perfectly, and ready for pick up at exactly the right time. They even helped me double check the order when I arrived. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Thanks for such a wonderful experience!!
