Great bagels! The rinds are crisp and the insides have a good chew.
Bagel just wasn't very good. i will say that my bagel was toasted by mistake (overly toasted I might add) and while the woman working was sweet and very apologetic it still made bagel...lousy. Actually threw half of it away! It was the last bagel in any flavor besides poppy seed, so i took it. At close to $6 it is way too costly to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again later. Looks like I'm one and done,
