“This Chic-fil-A is located in Chippenham hospital. The service is great. The staff is always friendly, the place is always clean and our food always hot. This is my go to when I don't feel like going all the way to the Forest Hill location.“

I don’t eat at Chick-fil-A often, but my grandson loves it—every time I take him out, he asks for Chick-fil-A and always wants their special sauce with his meal. That’s what brings me in.

There are a few things I really enjoy: the waffle fries, kale salad, and the consistently excellent customer service. Every location I’ve visited has friendly, respectful staff, and that’s something I truly appreciate. However, I personally find the chicken to be a bit too salty for my taste, so I tend to stick with a few sides I know I like.

My biggest concern is the cost. On our most recent visit, I ordered two meals and the total came to over $32. I understand prices have gone up everywhere, but for a fast food chain, that’s a lot—especially when you’re just a grandmother trying to treat her grandchild to something simple. Spending time together shouldn’t break the budget.

Overall, Chick-fil-A is a well-run, clean, and family-friendly place—but I do wish the prices reflected that same spirit of accessibility and care.“

“The food is great, and the service exceptional, but my only major complaint is about the app.

Not everyone has a data plan, so they should install a Wi-Fi repeater at least to cover the curbside parking spots. When I try to confirm that I've arrived and relayed my parking spot, not only does the order not get sent, it logs you out of the app completely (so you're really out of luck of you don't remember your password). To avoid this, you need to go inside to use their Wi-Fi, and that defeats the whole point of curbside!“

“This location serves the best mac and cheese good consistency on the cheese its good everytime my son loves it, I noticed the chickfili on pump rd does not have good consistency sometimes its too dry or way too oily and the mac is over cooked but this location is good everytime.“

“Ordered delivery and the packaging was the BEST I’ve seen out of all other food places I order from. Came with wipes and a mint, utensils, food cooked & served warm, and the drink was packaged in a way to cover the lid for my safety. Very impressed by the packaging and delivery (which was delivered asap).“

“I recently visited Chick-fil-A, and it was a great experience from start to finish.

The location is incredibly convenient, making it a great spot to grab a quick meal when you're on the go.

As always, the food did not disappoint. The Chick-fil-A sauce is, without a doubt, one of the best sauces I’ve had at any fast-food chain—it’s perfectly tangy and creamy, and it pairs perfectly with just about everything on the menu.

I went for the chicken strips, and they were absolutely delicious. Crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside—just the way a chicken strip should be.

The seasoning was spot on, and they were cooked to perfection. It’s great to see that even in the fast-food world, Chick-fil-A delivers such high-quality, flavorful food.

What also stands out is the friendly and efficient service. The staff was attentive and made sure the experience was pleasant from the moment I walked in.

The atmosphere is always welcoming, whether you’re dining in or grabbing your meal to go.

For fast food, Chick-fil-A is definitely one of the top choices.

“My pregnant wife wasn’t feeling well in the bathroom and an employee lady offered to check on her. Another employee lady got us crackers and a water cup. They were incredibly compassionate, friendly, and it was a notable moment of kindness that left us liking chick fil an even more.“

“This is a new location. A family member also worked at this location for several months. While yes, this is a lovely location with great Chick-fil-A food, the employees at ALL LOCATIONS are not always treated fairly. My family member was working while finishing high school, provided her availability, was hired under these arrangements, and then was given as little as 4 hrs a week, even though she was available for 20 hrs per week during school. She also was only offered $12.00/hrs which is unlivable for anyone, and they did not allow any negotiation on pay. While I understand this is their business model, perhaps we should be supporting OTHER COMPANIES. As a long time Chick-fil-A customer, it does pain me to say all of this but it’s so true. I’ve also noticed a significant decline n the quality of the chicken used in sandwiches, probably all chicken. Still love ya, Chick-fil-A. But lesser chicken for higher prices???“

“Came here for the first time the other day and the staff were friendly as all chick fil a staff were but I was also impressed seeing them greet some apparently regular customers by name when they came in. I was waiting for my order for maybe five minutes when the manager came out and apologized for the wait then gave me a coupon for a free dessert which was a nice surprise.“
