Skylar provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at Chipotle. They were friendly, welcoming, and had a genuinely positive attitude from the moment I walked in. Even though the restaurant was busy, Skylar stayed patient, worked efficiently, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about the customer experience. Employees like Skylar are a big reason I’ll keep coming back....
Hands down best chipotle in all of Richmond and I say this as a *Certified Chipotle Expert* Food and service is reminiscent of 2010s era VCU Chipotle. Shout out to Adnan, IYKYK 🫡
Sometimes this location is a 50-50 chance and today when I was picking up my to go go order through a third-party. I noticed the guacamole had been changing colors, but it was still left on the line not knowing this was the same guacamole that they put in my burrito bowl Nobody wants dark brown, green guacamole
