Hardee's in Richmond

“It has been a while since I last visited Hardee's, and I understand that this location typically takes time to prepare orders. However, during my recent drive-through visit, the friendly employee at the window had our order ready promptly.“

“Johnathan and Jasmine..the staff has been more than gracious. Not just making you feel like a guest instead of a customer. Johnathan has a ❤️ heart twords people and understanding that they're a bit more than just an order number. He is taking time to listen to me when I have has extenuating circumstances I've been around this area for almost a year now and there has been times where I have needed a place to go to gather my thoughts and be away from drama or inclement weather and I've always been welcome no matter how monetarily blessed I am.“

“I went to hardee's today for lunch and my experience was awesome! My chicken tenders were fresh and the strawberry lemonade was refreshing! On top of that the customer service was amazing! Great job! I will be returning!

“I gave this location a 5 ⭐ because the two young ladies working were extremely welcoming and polite. The food itself was the average Hardee's $6 bag (hotdog, double cheeseburger, , fries and drink) pretty good but not amazing lol. Due to the quality service I am going to stop more routinely at this location when I'm hungry for fast food. Thank you for the great service“

“I ordered the 2 / $5 special and a large sweet tea. It took 27 minutes to get it. After waiting that long, the cashier offered me a half gallon of tea, which was a plus until I got home ate my not so good buscuits and started to drink my tea. Except it wasn't sweet tea. I just had to l laugh. Things just aren't what they how they used to me. Slow service and poor quality. I guess you don't get what you pay for...“

“So I went when there on Wednesday, they was about to close and the 2 young ladies at the front were so nice and helpful(Shereka and Tatiana). They stop cleaning to help me. Great customer service and attentiveness. The cook JoJo made my food fresh and it was amazing, he was nice as well. I had long day on the day and they made it so much better. A simple gesture can mean alot to someone. We chatted for a lil while and they were so respectful and didn't make me feel rushed even though they were closing. I appreciate the interaction with you ladies and keep up the good work 🤗🤗.“

“I wanted to write this review cus I read a bunch of low ratings, I got the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and the pork W/ gravy biscuit sandwich. Service was fast got my food quick like under 40 seconds quick, 1 problem I had was almost all the tables were dirty and not wiped down I saw a few cups left behind on them keep in mind its 10:30am so I think thats lazy. Food was amazing 10/10 for Bacon egg and cheese, 6/10 for the pork and gravy the pork was just way to dry so I ended up eating a biscuit with gravy which was fire I guess the pork loin was left out to long, the bathrooms were big and well kept along with real soap and staff was friendly.“
