IHOP in Richmond

“I came in to eat late night. My server Tonya was the best. She had a pleasant and welcoming attitude. That’s something you don’t see much anymore, She made sure I had everything I needed during my visit. I also purchase an order to go. She was very accommodating. My food was cooked well, it tasted great. My one issue was that the turkey bacon didn’t look typical. It look similar to the pictures of lab grown product. That doesnt fall on this store but IHOP as a corporation. I will be looking more into that matter, and will not order in the future if that’s so.“

“The Carmia Way IHOP has a great staff. The hostess was friendly and pleasant. The food is tasty and cooled 👌. Our waiter is excellent. We always ask for AJ. He is well mannered, soft spoken with good grammar and friendly. Knows the products. Nice manager in this location.“

“I really enjoyed having brunch with my sister! Our waitress was very friendly, respectful, and attentive. The manager was also an awesome team player. I was especially impressed by how he worked alongside his staff, helped wherever needed, and treated everyone with kindness and respect.

The meal was delicious, and the overall experience was wonderful. The excellent customer service and teamwork really stood out to me. We had a great time and look forward to coming back again!“
