IHOP in Richmond

“One of the few places in the area I didn't mind stopping for food. Place only had one other couple in there at the time. Nice and quiet. Early in the evening. I like that. Easier on the ears. Waitress was very friendly. She and my wife chatted quite a bit. Regrettably I don't remember her name. Service was great as was the food. Gave the waitress a nice tip.“

“Our server Morgan was very attentive, courteous, and professional.

The food was fresh and hot. The restaurant was clean and organized.

Although the restaurant was extremely busy, we didn't wait long for a table or our food.“

“We were a big group and a man I want to say Brian was our server all alone! He was great but I think the manager could of helped assist him more. He was running all over the place. He forgot a few things of mine but I didn't say anything because I felt bad and I didn't get a refill on my drink but once and that was at the end of my meal. I felt like he hid once everyone was eating lol 😆 but the food quality was good I would try this place again“

“We are from Michigan and visiting family in the area. This location was closest to our hotel so we stopped for Breakfast on our way to explore the area. We had Kesha T for our waitress and let me just say, she was fantastic. Walking in at first, I believe she was the only one seating people and waiting on them until more staff came in. She was extremely friendly, and smiling the whole time, thanking us for our patience while making sure we had everything we needed. Very attentive to not only our table but the other tables she was waiting on as well. I hope this location realizes what an asset she is, and acknowledges her. I very much appreciate the service we received and we would definitely come back to this location when we’re in the state/area again.“
