KFC in Richmond

“There is a reason why this location is one of the two best locations in the greater Richmond area according to Google review scores. Not great scores, but good. The reason why is the team on this particular day worked together like a close-knit family...and even close-knit families argue and fuss with each other, lol, but they got the job done. My online/mobile order wasn't fully ready when I arrived, but they picked up the pace during the busy dinner rush and put it together and got the order accurate with fresh, hot food. They even gave me some bonus items to make up for the inconvenience. I'd come back. 4 stars.“

“We do not have a Kentucky fried Chicken near where I live. This was not only a treat, but it was the best location I have been to. Usually, when I get the original recipe style, it comes out with a soft, greasy crust. THIS Ky Fry was on point! The chicken was moist and juicy, and the original recipe crust was still original, but not greasy at all! That, and the ladies that were there today on March 20th were incredibly welcoming, and fun to talk with. I am sorry I did not get their names, but I give them a shout out for a delicious lunch. Y'all need to send them down to Panama City Beach Florida and have them open up a branch there. We need y'all! I would very highly recommend this restaurant. It is very well managed.“

“They weren’t able to accept any more drive thru orders when I came by, but I was welcomed inside to place an order. I told them I had a mobile order already placed & they generously offered to bring my food out to my car! Everything down to the dipping sauce was correct + silverware + napkins. Great trip!“

“To start off the food was hot and out very quickly, I ate inside their dining room was very clean along with the bathrooms but I ended up leaving my wallet there I tried calling but for some reason their number wasn’t accepting calls so I just ended up driving the 30 minutes back to it to see if it was turned in or if the employees may have seen it and grabbed it thankfully the employees did see it thought it was a piece of clothing at first because it was on the window seal instead of table… I wanted to give the employee a tip just to say thank you but didn’t know which one was the one who turned it in… I wish I would’ve asked when I got it back because she does deserve a thank you for being truthful I had cash in my wallet all of it was there I was just so shooken up I didn’t think about asking who found it to tip them I may go back one day to see if I can find out and do that. But overall a good place to stop and eat. Very thankful cor the honest employees“

“Ya'll are not getting enough love these days. Ya'll at KFC, I appreciate ya'll so much! I went there 1st time in years. Everything was great. Service, store and food was excellent! I got the $20 7 piece with 2 mashed potatoes and gravy. I don't know why the reviews are not better than they are. I give ya'll an A+ for a great job! Thank you so much“

“I had the best customer service I have had in a long time coming from a fast food restaurant. The crew were very attentive to my wants. They were pretty fast considering Covid-19 limiting the distance between the customers getting take out orders. I appreciate the cleanliness as well.“
