KFC in Richmond

“We do not have a Kentucky fried Chicken near where I live. This was not only a treat, but it was the best location I have been to. Usually, when I get the original recipe style, it comes out with a soft, greasy crust. THIS Ky Fry was on point! The chicken was moist and juicy, and the original recipe crust was still original, but not greasy at all! That, and the ladies that were there today on March 20th were incredibly welcoming, and fun to talk with. I am sorry I did not get their names, but I give them a shout out for a delicious lunch. Y'all need to send them down to Panama City Beach Florida and have them open up a branch there. We need y'all! I would very highly recommend this restaurant. It is very well managed.“

“I had the best customer service I have had in a long time coming from a fast food restaurant. The crew were very attentive to my wants. They were pretty fast considering Covid-19 limiting the distance between the customers getting take out orders. I appreciate the cleanliness as well.“

“We like the Hot Wings and the mac & cheese. I usually go through the drive-thru, place my order, PAY FOR MY ORDER, get my receipt, and tell the cashier I'll be back to pick it up when it's done because we normally order the 24 piece hot wings. I go run another errand and then come back and pick it up. No problems. Now KFC does have an app you can order through, but I wouldn't trust using that at this location. Read the below and pay close attention...This is KFC off of Laburnum and Mechanicsville Turnpike; use COMMON SENSE...▪︎ DON'T get mad if you place a large order at the drive-thru and expect it to be done when you get to the window to pay for it. IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!▪︎ DON'T go inside and expect to get faster service. IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!▪︎ DON'T expect to order through the KFC app at this location and think it's going to be right. You don't live in a tech driven location like Northern, Virginia. IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.If you DON'T follow my instructions for ordering food from this location, then you just like being mad, waiting in line, and fussing and cussing because you have been WARNED ⚠️.“

“To start off the food was hot and out very quickly, I ate inside their dining room was very clean along with the bathrooms but I ended up leaving my wallet there I tried calling but for some reason their number wasn’t accepting calls so I just ended up driving the 30 minutes back to it to see if it was turned in or if the employees may have seen it and grabbed it thankfully the employees did see it thought it was a piece of clothing at first because it was on the window seal instead of table… I wanted to give the employee a tip just to say thank you but didn’t know which one was the one who turned it in… I wish I would’ve asked when I got it back because she does deserve a thank you for being truthful I had cash in my wallet all of it was there I was just so shooken up I didn’t think about asking who found it to tip them I may go back one day to see if I can find out and do that. But overall a good place to stop and eat. Very thankful cor the honest employees“

“This time I used the app and got a great deal on a family meal, post inflation. They forgot my KFC sauce though. ?. I chose quick pick up and the food was ready at the counter when I arrived. Original recipe still hits.Old review 7 years ago: I used a coupon and had a great deal. A full meal for a family of four for 16$. There chicken came out hot and delicious. I like original recipe, but the wife liked crispy, no problem says the cashier, we got half half.“
