KFC in Fredericksburg

“This location is my default now. I'm more of a Burger King girl but my son loves KFC. Our previous location was hit or miss but this location always hits with the chicken (fries can be over cooked though 😬). One thing that's consistent, is the staff. They have never been rude and they've been helpful and considerate each time we go.

I usually go through drive-thru but the times I've gone inside, it's always been very clean.“

“I can't give a 5 star on everything. The cashier was great & entertaining. Along with many other customers,I waited way too long. Time was 5:15pm should have been ready for dinner. Waited 25 minutes for a meal. When my number was called, wrong order. Waited about 5 more minutes. Number called but waiting on green beans. I waited about another 5 minutes, please can I just have an extra coleslaw. Actually, waited again..to pack my order. I get to destination to find out we were shorted a biscuit. I can't complain..only 4 guys in back working..1 cashier. I think the manager needs retrained. Cashier..I wish I knew your name..lol..you were entertaining. Kuddos to you for putting cook in his place..nicely. Yes..I will return when in area.“
