KFC in Richmond

“We do not have a Kentucky fried Chicken near where I live. This was not only a treat, but it was the best location I have been to. Usually, when I get the original recipe style, it comes out with a soft, greasy crust. THIS Ky Fry was on point! The chicken was moist and juicy, and the original recipe crust was still original, but not greasy at all! That, and the ladies that were there today on March 20th were incredibly welcoming, and fun to talk with. I am sorry I did not get their names, but I give them a shout out for a delicious lunch. Y'all need to send them down to Panama City Beach Florida and have them open up a branch there. We need y'all! I would very highly recommend this restaurant. It is very well managed.“

“There is a reason why this location is one of the two best locations in the greater Richmond area according to Google review scores. Not great scores, but good. The reason why is the team on this particular day worked together like a close-knit family...and even close-knit families argue and fuss with each other, lol, but they got the job done. My online/mobile order wasn't fully ready when I arrived, but they picked up the pace during the busy dinner rush and put it together and got the order accurate with fresh, hot food. They even gave me some bonus items to make up for the inconvenience. I'd come back. 4 stars.“

“They weren’t able to accept any more drive thru orders when I came by, but I was welcomed inside to place an order. I told them I had a mobile order already placed & they generously offered to bring my food out to my car! Everything down to the dipping sauce was correct + silverware + napkins. Great trip!“

“Ya'll are not getting enough love these days. Ya'll at KFC, I appreciate ya'll so much! I went there 1st time in years. Everything was great. Service, store and food was excellent! I got the $20 7 piece with 2 mashed potatoes and gravy. I don't know why the reviews are not better than they are. I give ya'll an A+ for a great job! Thank you so much“

“I was serviced with respect, she was prompt. She noticed to cole slaw was bad and went to retrieve a good batch because the young lady that was helping her was going to serve the bad batch. So I appreciate her doing so. The lobby was clean with 2 people waiting patiently.“

“I actually used the drive thru this time and got the classic chicken sandwich combo. For my side, I chose fries, and for my drink , I chose the Mountain Dew flavor that is not available in stores but only in KFC restaurants. It almost tastes like it has peach flavoring in it. My fries were nice and crunchy and very flavorful. The chicken sandwich was delicious but so large I couldn't finish it.“
