KFC in Richmond

“We do not have a Kentucky fried Chicken near where I live. This was not only a treat, but it was the best location I have been to. Usually, when I get the original recipe style, it comes out with a soft, greasy crust. THIS Ky Fry was on point! The chicken was moist and juicy, and the original recipe crust was still original, but not greasy at all! That, and the ladies that were there today on March 20th were incredibly welcoming, and fun to talk with. I am sorry I did not get their names, but I give them a shout out for a delicious lunch. Y'all need to send them down to Panama City Beach Florida and have them open up a branch there. We need y'all! I would very highly recommend this restaurant. It is very well managed.“

“There is a reason why this location is one of the two best locations in the greater Richmond area according to Google review scores. Not great scores, but good. The reason why is the team on this particular day worked together like a close-knit family...and even close-knit families argue and fuss with each other, lol, but they got the job done. My online/mobile order wasn't fully ready when I arrived, but they picked up the pace during the busy dinner rush and put it together and got the order accurate with fresh, hot food. They even gave me some bonus items to make up for the inconvenience. I'd come back. 4 stars.“

“They weren’t able to accept any more drive thru orders when I came by, but I was welcomed inside to place an order. I told them I had a mobile order already placed & they generously offered to bring my food out to my car! Everything down to the dipping sauce was correct + silverware + napkins. Great trip!“

“My visit at the store today went well & I definitely will be returning. I placed a large chicken order and TOMMIE made sure that my order was correct and fresh. She was very polite & does well at her job.She knows how to provide great customer service!! ?“

“I’ve been really disappointed lately. they closed their fryers at 10:25 twice now. when supposed to close at eleven. I just came today and she said it was only water or tea when I asked for a soda. while I’m waiting I see her walk around and use the soda machine for the soda I asked for and what looked like Dr Pepper for inside people. So idk if she lied so she wouldn’t have to walk around but that was a slap in the face. and she said there’s no salt in the building which seems strange considering I got salt packets three days ago. They also keep putting gravy on my bowl when I ask for it on the side. They’ve gotten it right about two times.also said a four minute wait it’s been almost 15 now. and I’m just pulled around front waiting.“

“Ya'll are not getting enough love these days. Ya'll at KFC, I appreciate ya'll so much! I went there 1st time in years. Everything was great. Service, store and food was excellent! I got the $20 7 piece with 2 mashed potatoes and gravy. I don't know why the reviews are not better than they are. I give ya'll an A+ for a great job! Thank you so much“

“I had the best customer service I have had in a long time coming from a fast food restaurant. The crew were very attentive to my wants. They were pretty fast considering Covid-19 limiting the distance between the customers getting take out orders. I appreciate the cleanliness as well.“
