I have now ordered delivery from this place twice in the past two months. in both orders the order was incorrect and I was shorted items. So far, Grubhub or KFC has done nothing to resolve the incorrect orders or shortages. Basically, I got ripped off twice with no resolution.

Bought an order several weeks ago (original recipe, four pieces), and it was delicious. Last week, for supper, bought a small tub (original recipe, six pieces), and most of it was inedible (greasy skin, dry meat). I believe it was a day or more old. Iām a senior, and it was like āgive the old guy the old food.ā Had to throw most of it in the garbage (thatās what it was, anyhow). Will not go back. Suggest you readers stay away, too.
