We stopped by here after checking Google Maps for a place to eat, we were visiting from out of town. Very pleasant atmosphere and the burger was amazing! Enjoyed tasting a few different whiskey and scotch during meal. Met the owner and he was pleasant to talk to. Very knowledgeable and helped with suggestions. Very relaxing and enjoyable.
Best baked pimento cheese around! The owner is so kind and helpful in making menu choices. Gave my friend a free whisky for her birthday based on her wine favorites and she loved it.
My husband and I stopped in on our way to a jazz show. We didn't know what to expect but we're pleasantly surprised. The owner (Mac) was tending bar and also our waiter. He had good stories to tell, made food recommendations, gave some history of the restaurant, and was overall very friendly. The food was great. The restrooms were large and clean. We definitely had a great time and will go back on our next jazz show trip.
