Manager was very judgemental. I felt like I was being watched the whole time. Yes I am currently homeless but I shouldn't be treated like a criminal when I did nothing wrong. I was a paying customer. All I did was get my order, sat down and enjoyed a book while I ate. Nothing more nothing less.
Ordered breakfast for delivery from West Grace St. Order arrived with 3 items missing. Receipt was correct. We made do and ate breakfast.
I called the store and they offerred to send me the 3 items. I declined, indicating we had already eaten and wanted a refund. They indicated they were unable to refund the items individually and pressed me again for the missing items. Essentially, "I know we screwed up, but we will fix it our way".
