Normally my husband and I love making the 40 minute trip just for the pho and service but today was not it. The waitress with the long black hair completely ignored us even after making eye contact with me several times. It wasn't until a young gentleman came that we received service. Have been here a few times, and the atmosphere is cool and menu is great. However, service is considerably slow and my pho has come out lukewarm multiple occasions. Not worth it for the price given other options in the city
Pho Lucus is amazing! I love the people that work here. They are so amazing and welcoming. Ella is my absolute favorite! And the food and drink is 100/10. Would definitely recommend.
