“Well when I went in and saw no customers not one and saw chicken fixed I just knew it was going to be cold. The cashier lady said it had been sitting there for about 20 minutes. I was like I know it's cold. And asked if they would be dropping some more soon. She said not until we finish with this. Then I looked and the cook dropped some fries. I told her that was so stupid why would he drop fries no one is in here. She said we have to have them ready. I know it doesn't take fries long to cook. They can be made to order. Buty chicken wasn't that bad it wasn't very hot but surprisingly it was ok. The Mac and cheese was semi hot and this meal doesn't come with a biscuit WHY. I ordered the 3 piece and made it a meal. It should come with a meal“
“Randomly came to this Popeyes today and had the best experience. After living in Louisiana, I can honestly say this the best Popeyes franchise I’ve ever visited. The customer service is top tier, food is fresh and full of flavor. The manager is doing an amazing job training and mentoring the employees. I know the franchise owner is proud to have such a dedicated team. I will gladly drive 30 minutes to come back here for some fried chicken!!“

“Ordered a special order basically got a grilled chicken sandwich. Not on the menu and to my surprise they got it exactly right right down to adding the napkins and spork to my order. “The people are very, very nice The service was great number one and the bathroom was clean the dining room tables that was no crumbs on the floor around the restaurant and she knows how to talk to her employees that was something that I would recognize which was very important to me. How you treat your guest and also how you treat your employee show. What kind of person you are with great eye contact great customer service and then providing items as suggestive sale of what I’m may have needed and I think her and also asked I want a dessert the apple pie and I decline but the service was excellent. She needs to be recognized.“
“Feb 6, 2025- I went to this location to pickup an order and there was about seven or more door dashers that were there to pick up their orders, however the Assistant Manager Khaliff did a wonderful job fulfilling these orders with limited of staff. Excellent customer service and job well done 👏.“

Be prepared to request ketchup and honey when the food is ready because they won't ask, then you will have to go back and request it.“
