“I really like to get my sandwiches from this Subway location. They are always good. I wish the owner would participate in the online ordering process by honoring coupons for online orders. It’s would be easier for me than going to the location to order. There have been times that I would order food elsewhere because I can’t use coupons online here!!“

“I stopped here if I'm in the area and I am in a veggie mood. The service, the smile was very pleasant. I normally don't tip on Subway sandwiches but I had to tip her just do to her great personality and attitude when fixing my 6-in meatball sub on wheat. I left with a smile on my face impressed with one of the best Services I've had and over a year at any particular Subway“

“I’ve been coming to this Subway location since 2001 and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and fast, and they make sure my sandwich is made just how I like it. The food is always fresh, and I love the variety of toppings available. The restaurant itself is clean and comfortable, which makes it a pleasant spot to grab a quick meal. I recently had a Veggie delight and it was amazing! I highly recommend this Subway to anyone looking for a great meal and excellent service.

“Just left there with a Cheesesteak, banana peppers chipotle sauce, extra meats, pepperjack cheese, onions, green peppers, lettuce and tomato, 12". Yummy! Nice Mexican bro at the counter suggested the chipotle sauce and it was a good choice.“

“My fiance went in earlier for lunch and brought me a sub home. I got the spicy italian with my favorite toppings. We live about 10 mins from this location. By the time he arrived here with my sub it was still piping hot, like it had just come out of the oven. I asked for light mayo on one side of the bread, some locations slather mayo on the sub and I find it disgusting. Whoever made my sub today did a fantastic job at meeting my wants and needs. To everyone complaining about them requiring masks are ridiculous. If you dont wanna have to wear a mask or prove you're vaccinated, STAY HOME AND ORDER DOORDASH. Blaming the employees or leaving a bad review bc you cant be a plague rat is pathetic. I thank this location for being mindful about the health of their employees and customers! I've always been weird about Subway since it is a hit or miss with certain locations... but yall did a fantastic job. Thank you tons! Blessed be!“

“This is a small Subway inside of a grocery store, however don't let that fool you the ingredients are always fresh the guy (wish I knew his name) that makes the sandwiches is amazing and he moves quickly... outstanding service delicious sandwiches. This is my favorite subway...... ??“

“This shop used to be in the cafeteria, but because the cafeteria is now being renovated (Fall 2015) the shop is now a little kiosk in the passage way between Main Hospital and Critical Care Hospital. They still offer all the sandwiches and even offer them toasted. Drinks are limited to bottled drinks, no fountain. And There are no cookies at this time. Lines tend to be long at lunch since they have a limited work space and aren't as quick as they used to be.“

“I love this Subway and I've been to several in the Richmond area. It's clean inside, the bread, meat, and toppings are all very fresh. The owner and his employees are friendly and have a positive attitude. They don't skimp on the meat or toppings like many of the other Subways I've been to do. The owner is very personable and remembers his customer's names and what they order. That says a lot about a person in my opinion. I've always had a good experience there.

Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian options.My personal favorite is their Veggie Party footlong sub.“

“The guy that made our sandwiches had a great conversation with my son and I. He even have him some advice on how to be successful in the future which I thought was wonderful. He even asked if he was looking for a job, got him an application and set it where the owner would see it as soon as he came back. Wonderful people and service“

“They no longer serve iced tea! For decades, they made great iced tea. Both sweet and unsweet teas. This is a deal breaker for me.

Parking: I came in with my crew and work trailer. I found parking easily, got in the store before 3 others, ordered for m y crew and got out quickly ,but withoutSweet tea. My only qualm today.Good service, clean, and mostly professional. The younger male employee was actively flirting with the slightly older female "Manager"'who seemed to be in charge did not curb this activity during my lunch order, but certainly waned with the next order that came in right after me. All in all, my meals were great. There is a time a place for everything. Please educate your employees. Customers and our children do not need to witness this behavior while ordering food.“

“The owner was the only one working, and was accurately busting orders down. I think the prices were high compared to other subways in the area, but this one is 24 hours so maybe that's why. Give it a try if you passing through, i recommend.“

“My partner and I went there last night for dinner and I could not have been more pleasantly surprised at the AMAZING service we received. I did not get her name but the person making our sandwiches went above and beyond throughout the whole process. I have been going to subway for a long time and have not had a customer service experience like that! Hopefully the owners will see this and give them a bonus or raise!!!
