“Had an issue with a mobile order - a disconnect between the app and the in store processing. Manager on duty morning of 5/12 handled it beautifully. I was on the phone with the app customer service and before I could get it figured out on my end she had it resolved on their end. I thanked her tremendously. I know brick and mortar locations of ANY fast food with an app have no control over what happens with the app itself so she went above and beyond to get it handled for me. Appreciate that very much. Food was hot and good too!“

“The service associate was kind and worked according to the menu provided by management for 9 a.m. in the, I guess. We bought what they offered and ate for sustenance. Thank God our idea worked.

“This is the absolute worst fast food place in the east end. The food is always on point, but they will absolutely leave you sitting at the speaker for ages before they answer. Make sure you put in mobile orders well before breakfast because if you pull up at 1030 they will tell you to cancel your order, then you'll have to call Customer Service and go through hell to get your money or points back.“

“This Sunday, all of the employees I saw were doing other thing that taking care of customers. The store manager was not around, he is always sharp and looking up to help. But that time he was not around. Who saved the day was a new employee. A young african american lady name Kim, she is amazing, working like a pro and giving the best customer service any only dream. If not for her, I'll be writing a terrible review but her professionalism changed a bad review to a good one, only for her. The rest of the team truly need to re train, specially in customer service.
Wendys will gain a lot if Kim becomes a manager. She truly deserves it!!!.“

I make and pick up mobile orders at the drive thru often, with custom changes to sandwiches, and they have never failed to fill an order correctly. “Cashier was rude, not people friendly. Service wasn't good. Cashier was worried about another worker job and not her own. She left customers waiting to take their order. These are some of the issues I have when eating out at fast food.“

You never know if drive thru or dine in is open. Also check your order thoroughly before you leave. I ordered a ghost pepper chicken on Sunday with a side of Buffalo nuggets. Got home and nuggets were there as well as fries and soda but NO SANDWICH!!! Instead they gave a 4 pack of bland, unseasoned nuggets lukewarm and no sauce. This location just doesn't seem to care. This isn't the first time they've totally screwed order up, which is why I rarely go there.“
“Wendy's are not consistent in their quality. You have to evaluate each one individually. If you find a Wendy's that serves you the type of food that you deserve and has the friendly staff that you expect I would continue to go to that Wendy's. Don't be discouraged if you accidentally pick a Wendy's where you do not receive the best. My favorite Wendy's is located off of Staples Mills Rd. It's in the same location as the Dollar Tree.
