Wingstop in Richmond

“Saturday, I went in the morning, and there was this lovely woman there welcomed me in and was extremely polite, also the environment is clean even the bathroom looks and is clean, very well put together. The food is made fresh and they have such a good environment definitely would recommend that Victoria Ellis gets a recognition for being a good worker!!“

“Haven't had bone in wings in a while, wanted to give WS a shot. Reddit told me compared to BW3s, WS wings are better but BW3s has better sauce. For sauces, I like BW3s Nashville Hot, and Hot - some kick, but not nuclear. I usually opt for naked wings, well done for extra crispy and sauce on the side, here I got a 15 piece with Cajun on the side. My order included 3 flats and 12 drummies, which i thought was in my favor. Drummies > Flats but to each their own. The quality of the wings was as good as any I've had anywhere that weren't smoked first. Zero of my 15 had any kind of gristle or fatty yuckness I might set aside on a BW3 wing. Rarely do I get wings of high enough quality that I leave only a pile of bones, with these I did.

I dunked the first wing in my side of Cajun and thought I got a comparable Nashville Hot sauce. Coated the rest with and tossed. By wing 3 I was underwhelmed by the sauce. It was ok, but not enough flavor or heat. I'm not into chicken so hot I have to sign a waiver, but I like some heat.

Some TVs in here, but small no beer, and not really a dine in vibe. If you're ordering to go like I did, I recommend getting your sauce on the side to preserve the crisp.

“I found this to be a very decent wing alternative to BW3. Wings were up expected quality and order was ready for pickup when I arrived. Review from familia, has one question. Why were you in the back instead of in the front for health reasons. I would be concerned that some stranger is in the back while I'm preparing meals.“

“Wingstop was great and the manager that helped me was great as well! As we sat waiting for our food she was very calm and patient with everyone that came in, especially the kids that were ordering. She took time and explained to everyone who asked about the free things and told them the steps to get it or to save it til next time. She never got frustrated or irritated never rolled her eyes she was just so helpful and calm and mild mannered. I’m going back just to see her cause she was cute too lol! Definitely made me want to come back and visit when I come into town!“
