“This location is the best, and I have visited a lot of locations. Even in New Orleans and by far this location on Franklin Rd Roanoke is the best I have ever been to. It is so clean and the employees are so nice it is so well managed. The manager is so nice and sweet to deal with. Thank you Popeyes for such a great experience.“
“Went around 12:30 for lunch.
Ordered a 2 piece combo. Asked for spicy, but they were out of it. He said they could fry it, but it would take 20 minutes. I said regular was fine. They did give me an extra piece for not having spicy chicken.
The regular chicken was fresh, but not really what I wanted.
The restaurant was clean inside and overall a good experience.
I appreciate the manager making up with the extra piece of chicken.“
