Subway in Roanoke

“I was passing by the Subway on PC (Peters Creek) and I decided to stop by and get a sub.
I usually get the BMT but I decided to try something different and I got The Beast and I wasn't disappointed. It was loaded with meat.
The girl who took my order was friendly and professional and so was the other girl who worked there.“

“The guy behind the counter was great! Told him I just had gastric sleeve surgery and just wanted 2 ounces of meat. I asked if I could just get the "extra meat" menu item and they did it. 4 meatballs for $1.50. However, you guys might want to rethink the wording on this sign ROFL.“

“It was a very sad day they had a sign up that said not accepting coupons at this time and when I asked why the young girl working there just didn't know but the owners told her no coupons well that really messed up my apparently they can't be trusted when they send out it's a real “

“Exciting,energetic,delightful,fast.... They were quick attentive and in a wonderful mood. They imcluded my children had patients with both of my children and it was an over all amazing experience compared to other restarunts. I did not get the gentlemens name or the ladies name but i will be going back“

“The GM at subway on plantation (Sara) is a bundle of energy that runs a tip top restaurant with service way beyond that of other Subway's, in the area, Sara also is the GM of two other locations in Roanoke that are run equally as well. She has support from the employees and is very supportive to them also. Want something good for lunch?Visit the Subway on plantation and you won't be sorry. .“

“I picked up dinner for my wife and I here and the Subway employee was very kind. Unfortunately, there were no carbonated beverages available when I arrived to pick up my order. I had to substitute the beverage I wanted for what they had in bottles or non carbonated, but the staff was nice and explained what was going on immediately.“

“The guys were close to closing when I walked in unaware of the closing time. Instead of getting frustrated like I would have. They were very helpful and professional. As well as prepared me a great sub. Thanks guys 👍

“We have been to this Subway a few times, but we have never met nor received the up most customer service and joy that was served. James and Desmon were a wonderful team. We had a coupon for 3 subs, and they nailed it! James was very knowledgeable of the menu, and with 1 sub being different from the two, his memory was spot on. It seems as if he has been doing this a long time. I love how some ingredients were low, and Desmon was happy to help no problem. I appreciate the glove change between the restock. Everything was extremely efficient, clean, and their humor and demeanor was very inviting. Thank you two for the positive experience!“

“The 2 Ladies that were here, worked well together. (“D”(Dharati), and Rachael. Very friendly and patient with each other and patrons. Very thorough! Men’s Bathroom is pristine clean! The mailer coupon allowed me to buy 3 foot long subs, #6 The Boss Sub, #23 Hotshot Italiano Sub, and #40 Turkey bacon avocado sub , total price $19.66. That boils down to only $6.55 per sub. “I visit this location frequently. Since the new owners have taken over, this location has really been booming. The store manager is super friendly, very strict on food safety and proper hand washing, and overall a much better atmosphere. This used to be the location I avoided, but now it will be my go to! Kudos to the new owners, you picked the right manager for that location!“

“I've ordered out at this location a few times now. Really can't complain. I usually order with the app and choose curbside pickup. There's no dedicated curbside pickup parking spaces, and the parking lot is usually full. This is something that can be improved on. The subs are good, along with friendly service. Even better, when Subway has a buy one, get one free, depending on what you order, one can get 2 foot longs for less than $12 dollars. Overall 4 ?

“Went to lunch there had the best sub I've had in a very long time the two young employees were smiling and very well-mannered in saying yes ma'am and no ma'am and this was a Subway at Clearbrook I will recommend to my family and friends“
