Subways starting to go down hill. Used to be my favorite, nice and fresh. Lately it's been pick and choose. This last one the bathrooms were nasty and no paper towels. Brown lettuce they tried to skimp me on and they wouldn't take my coupon saying it was expired. With all the sandwich competition like Jersey Mike's, McAlisters, and Fire House Subway is the least. They are like the great value of sandwich makers. You can take your money to a grocery store and buy...

The GM at subway on plantation (Sara) is a bundle of energy that runs a tip top restaurant with service way beyond that of other Subway's, in the area, Sara also is the GM of two other locations in Roanoke that are run equally as well.
