This place is the worst. I gave it another chance and it will be the last. I just left from walking and stood there for 5 minutes while employees just looked at me. I even said "is anybody going to take my order?" Then still nothing just blank stairs. This place sucks.
Me an my son went to this location this evening and the service was slow. My son ordered a chicken quesadilla and it only had a few pieces of chicken and it was only in the end of the quesadilla. Then with my food, I ordered the grilled cheese burrito cravings box and the food looked like it was prepared by a child it was thrown together and then tossed into a bag and the food was falling out and into the bag. Very poor job by this location very poor!!

The last two weeks, I’ve visited this Taco Bell on Franklin Road twice. I arrived early the first time I went, just as they were opening, and they performed admirably.. I feel the morning team was efficient, well mannered and cordial. My second visit, though, wasn’t so great..in fact, it was rather awful.
