We recommend dining in the vault where you have your own space to enjoy the beverages, food, and conversation. Service is excellent just enough attention without going overboard. Our dinner was the highlight of our stay at Liberty Trust Hotel.
First, the service at the Vault was impeccable. I always note diet restrictions in my reservation and more often than not, am forced to repeat them when arriving at the restaurant. Not at the Vault. The hostess/server met us, acknowledged the restrictions and provided us with a list of the menu items that would meet our restrictions. Brilliant! The portions were perfectly sized for a light dinner, which is what we were after. We had the beef tartare (modified for my preferences)...
I really want to love this place, but overall It was good. The atmosphere is so cute inside . The stuffed dates were really good! The drinks are never that great unfortunately and sometimes the staff isn’t the friendliest.
