“Outstanding customer service. I called five minutes before they closed and asked if I could place an order. Without hesitation, the young man ( I think his name is Young) said yes, took my order and said it would be ready in 10 minutes! Amazing. In a day and time when most restaurants seem to go out of their way not to give great service, It's Pho time went above and beyond.
My disappointment was the food. The good news is the broth in both the chicken and beef pho were outstanding. The bad news is the meats, especially the brisket, were mediocre. Tough and light on flavor I was not impressed. Noodles were lacking as well which makes for a not so impressive pho.
I hope they work on these issues because with great food and the amazing customer service of Young, It's Pho Time will be a 10/10. Good luck!“

“This review is LONG overdue as I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over ten years, maybe even fifteen actually. I have always been greeted by respectful staff and grown to really feel like they’re family to me. I tend to always order the same things when I come (spicy beef bowl), yet it’s those favorite items that keep me coming back. The atmosphere is quiet, could use perhaps an update in ways, but none of these things take away from the authenticity of the food. The vegetables and herbs always taste fresh, the store that’s connected is really convenient for grabbing a snack or even some candy on the way out, and I personally really liked the nail supplies that used to be available as I’m a nail technician. Some may have found it odd, yet it was a win-win for others. I never have to wait long to receive my order and the waiter always checks back in often. I witnessed a customer come inside today and disrespect a young man that was working at the counter. He demanded a menu from him to take next door so that him and two other people could view it before placing an order. The young man explained to him that he could not do that. The man became outraged saying very loudly that he wanted to speak to an ADULT. Mind you, this young man was in fact, an adult. His father stated that he could not take a menu with him as the menu was available online (previous people had taken menus and never returned them). As a result the young man was deeply disrespected and so was his father. Both kept their composure and remained respectful despite the older man’s harsh threats to put them out of business. I will forever cherish this family owned restaurant and defend their reputation in any way possible. They’re wonderful people and deserve to respected just like every other person in America. Thank you Pho Vietnam for always being a place of comfort and peace when I’m just wanting a nice meal and somewhere to decompress.“
