“On 08/03/2022, my wife and I brought our cousins here to celebrate their 50th anniversary. The food and service was excellent. Our waiter was Sean. HOWEVER, during the reservation process, I was asked at least twice if there was a celebration and if so what type. I indicated on both occasions that it was a anniversary. I just assumed that when I was asked about the occasion that this occasion would somehow be acknowledged. It wasn't. (Happy anniversary). I heard the waiter at the table next to ours wish the celebrants a happy anniversary. Also, based on other reviews on this site, I noticed that a dessert was given to the celebrants as a memento. Not to our party. As I said, the service and food were excellent but missing the little "happy anniversary" left me and my wife feeling a little empty.”

“I have never been here before today. As soon as I walked in my nostrils were smacked with the delicious smell of BBQ! The girl working the counter has the most pleasant smile of anyone I have seen in many years. I had ordered, online, a pound of brisket with the crossroads sauce and 2 deep dish pizzas (the pizza's were the main reason I ordered from here as I have been looking for years for a place in Richmond that has Chicago deep dish pizza), and an order of the baked beans. The pizza's are frozen and I can't wait to try them. The brisket is unbelievably good and while I usually don't care for vinegar based BBQ sauces, the crossroads is mouth wateringly great! This place is a 30 minute drive for me to get to, but I'll gladly be back for more.”

“We visited for the first time yesterday. Our waitress was pleasant company and attentive. The person who sat us was a doll. We ordered a few different things to get a feel for the food. The margherita pizza was fantastic. The penne vodka was probably the best vodka sauce I’ve ever had, and that is not an exaggeration. My husband really enjoyed his chicken parm. Happy to have found this new to us gem for when we are in the area. Thank you for bringing some of the NY Italian food charm to the Richmond area. We will for sure be back!”
