“The burritos are great. I just visited again and ordered enchiladas. I won't do that again. I watched him assemble the cold ingredients in the styrofoam tray and stick it in the microwave. I took it to go and ate at home, otherwise I would have given it back. It was not good. Will stick to burritos from now on.”

“We went to the Ally Cat for drinks and dinner on Saturday. Cant say enough good things about our visit! Food was great (fried baloney sandwich and the dorito taco salad) and the beer selection was awesome! Jessica at the bar was awesome as well! Great vibes! We will be back!”

“Little country store located on forty west. At the edge of Rocky Mount headed toward Ferrum. Gas prices are average. There is lottery, tobacco, and beer available here. They no longer have a deli. The lady at the counter said they haven't served food there in about 2 years.”

“Wow! Just came from Anastasia's Speak Easy for our Anniversary Dinner, and we had a wonderful evening! Food was excellent and the Sugar Cookie Martini was absolutely out of this world! Service was extraordinary, and Kim was more than happy to answer questions and was very friendly. This is my go-to for a unique and relaxed experience. Congratulations on a lovely restaurant!”

“My wife and I drive 1.5 hrs after seeing on the news. I wish we lived closer, best atmosphere and the friendliness folks. Beer was cold, Pinto beans and cheese were delicious, I’ll be honest the hotdog was good however I wasn’t a fan of the chili. Did I mention the cheese was delicious? Even bought some to take home! Will definitely stop by whenever in the area.”

“Tacos were incredible! The meat was not greasy nor oily. The toppings are on the side so you add your own. Atmosphere was a little sus but the tacos speak for themselves!”

“I ate here many times and had actually left a scathing review a while back. I had ordered online and been left to wait for 45 minutes after they pulled us off to the side and forgot we were there. That was many times. They would pull you and forget. You had to walk in and go where os my stuff.

Since then they have got rid of the two manager types that were sassy and zero accountability and hired on a great staff. I wanted to amend my review to reflect that they have totally changed.

The folks waiting the window more recently were friendly, the food was ready to go in a reasonable time and was all made correct to the order. I am really shocked at how they turned this place around and really made the culture great it looks like too.”

“We got to enjoy the bbq and the Amazing homemade bbq sauce! mac and cheese, baked beans! absolutely the best bbq and baked beans and homemade sauces I have ever eaten in my life! Hands down the best! I thought our hometown bbq restaurant was great! but compared to your restaurant, hands down unbelievable the best 👌 We will be visiting your place in person.since we tried your catering trailer over the weekend! <3 and The lady and guy serving us on the food truck was so friendly and nice! great customer service also!”

And yet, the DQ in Rocky Mount surpassed any expectations I WOULD have! Quick, kind, efficient service. Good, fresh, hot food and an ice cold freeze to top it off! Totally unexpected! Thank you!”

“Me and my fiance ate here for lunch today, did a mobile piçkup order and is our first time trying Jersey Mike's. It did not disappoint!!!! I will no longer be going to subway, Jersey Mike's all day. The employees were kind and professional and made sure I had my chipotle mayo and ranch. Keep doing what y'all are doing!!! It is fantastic. Would attach pictures but we already have them ate!! “This property is a shared property between Dairy Queen and Bojangles. I was a patron at Dairy Queen. DQ is a summer stop for me for the obvious, but I also enjoy their Cheeseburger Deluxe and FF, which was the case with this visit. DQ does a great job IMHO. Bojangles does as well. This stop at the intersection of Rt.220 & Wirtz Rd. is convenient for a bite, treat, gas, and a quick shop for on the go beverages and snacks. There is a Tractor Supply store across the street as well. It is worth a stop if traveling between Roanoke and Rocky Mount Virginia.”

“I just want to say thank you to the staff at the Rocky Mount Starbucks. I went through drive-thru this morning and there was an issue with my food item - nothing serious. I had some place to get to, but I decided to run in quickly to let them know. They were so apologetic and kind. They were definitely very busy, but they took time to handle my minor issue. I want them to know that I truly appreciated their great customer service and kindness.”

“We recently used El Rio’s catering services. I highly recommend! The food was delicious and there was plenty left over. We chose the taco bar option for a 21st bday gathering and it was perfect! I did my homework and price checked and for the amount of food and condiments it the best price!”

“They served me coffee with a bug in it...Then only refunded coffee and not meal purchased with it....I wasn't gonna eat no nuggets and fries after a bug in coffee...The bag was left in fridge, being a consumer who uses wheelchair, I had difficulties bringing coffee in, and they never answered phone...Happened on 06/28/2025....I HAVE PICS OF BUG FLOATING IN MY COFFEE THAT I SPIT BACK....WISH I COULD POST ON HERE,BUT IT'S ON MY FACEBOOK PAGE👀👀#CHECKCOMMENTUNDERPOSTFOR PICS”
