“Stopped by Crumbl during a trip to Lynchburg this afternoon. It was my first time, and it exceeded my expectations! The ordering process was super easy, and the amount of options available was decent. The customer service was great, very friendly and welcoming. “Kid-friendliness: It's hard to keep 2 kids seated when they wanna run around. It's a nice day and they wanna run. But it's not a 'kid friendly parking lot' so that is the only downfall. But other wise, it's wonderful. My grandbabies love it. I love the Hersheys ice creams and flavors and of course the kids do as well. But then they have to get that sugar out their system by running ? Couldn't try the coffee because of the time I was there, but can't wait.“
