Today I went to Champloo and on the app it says it is open and on the door it says it's open but when we tried to open the door it was locked so they need to change their website to say if they are closed or open because I really disappointed.

I was looking forward to taking my family who were in town here, they had never had rolled ice cream and I suggested it. When I walked in I asked the girl if she was having a good day and she replied “Sure” and you could tell she was not happy and inconvenienced by customers being there. The entire time there was feelings of tension and annoyance. Looking at the recent reviews I think a lot of people had the same experience.
