My daughter planned to take me out to lunch for my birthday. We chose Macado's Salem. It was past the lunch rush (closer to 1) and the restaurant was not busy. We waited to be seated but not a soul was in sight. Waited....waited.....finally a girl appeared from behind the "employees only" door. She did not make eye contact with us. She did not say a word even though she was well aware we were there and had been waiting. She grabbed some supplies and disappeared behind the door...read full review
Worst service ever in my life. Screwed up my order and I sent it back to get it fixed. I watched her set it down on the back wall near bathroom where everyone was walking by it while she ran outside for something. An hour later she brought it out in a box. My husband had already finished eating. I left hungry and totally pissed. We had gone there to celebrate something. Arrived in a great mood and left seeing red. Ruined the whole night!! I won’t be back.
