“Understaffed. The two workers prioritize the drive through and online. I thought Starbucks was going back to caring about its in person customers? No sharpies here and a long wait despite no one ahead of me in person (wait to have order taken amd wait for it to come out).

“Since renovating the place is super comforting, welcoming and cozy inside. The people are always having a good time laughing and joking with each other but still putting customers first. Starbucks ANYWHERE lately has been making me feel nauseous (food and drink) so I haven't been going much, but the workers are super friendly and I love seeing them have a good time here.“
