“Emporia, VA - the best Five Guys! The staff is so friendly and nice, they even brought out a fork to my vehicle when they saw I didn’t grab one for a burger bowl. Robert L on the register was so friendly. Recommend stopping there if you’re ever going through Emporia.“

“Sunday 10:10am.. Does it make any sense at all to have 4 employees including the manager to be unloading a food service truck while there are cars wrapped all the way around the building waiting for drive thru and the inside of the restaurant is full as well. And the manger yelling across the parking lot multiple times at those helping to hurry . If this is policy I would suggest you change it .“

“This location always make my food to order as I ask. I order my food on the app and come in and ask for my food cooked to order and they do it no questions asked. Service is nice and my food is always good. I come to this location instead of the one I live closer, that is how much I enjoy this service.“

“This location was excellent we stopped about 1 hour earlier in Rocky Mount at 7047 NC 4 and it was absolutely terrible when we walked in there was eight people in line five of which were waiting for their order on the left hand side. three in front of us were waiting to order we waited nearly 15 minutes before those three people finally got to place their order and at that point I decided to leave. very nice people working there but understaffed and no sense of customer service or sense of urgency“

“Fast, clean, airy place. They had a real fast agent on counter so we skipped kiosk process. We wanted to go to Wendy's next door which was terrible service making you wait and wait, the staff looked at ypu and ignored us completely. McDonalds is the place, they treated us properly. know, this is the place to come instead.“

“We stopped around 2pm on a Saturday afternoon and ordered inside. There was a woman already waiting for her order. It took a while to get outs. Food was fine. BBQ sauce for the chicken nuggets tasted super sweet. Read the ingredients and sugar was the 2nd ingredient followed by tomato paste. Ugh.“

“The lady at the drive thru just now so was friendly and personable. My dog wouldn't stop staring at her and she was so kind about it. The food was fresh and the customer service was excellent. I appreciated the little extra kindness from the drive thru worker. She was awesome 👌“
