“based on other reviews of this location, it sounds like maybe the food quality has been historically inconsistent? i say this because, after having lunch there yesterday, this was the best Bojangles dining experience i have ever had! the employees were very pleasant and professional, the chicken and biscuits were excellent, and the fries were probably the BEST french fries i have EVER had, ANYWHERE! i don't know WHAT kind of spice they put on them, but they tasted incredible!

“Emporia, VA - the best Five Guys! The staff is so friendly and nice, they even brought out a fork to my vehicle when they saw I didn’t grab one for a burger bowl. Robert L on the register was so friendly. Recommend stopping there if you’re ever going through Emporia.“

“Sunday 10:10am.. Does it make any sense at all to have 4 employees including the manager to be unloading a food service truck while there are cars wrapped all the way around the building waiting for drive thru and the inside of the restaurant is full as well. And the manger yelling across the parking lot multiple times at those helping to hurry . If this is policy I would suggest you change it .“

“Very accommodating, & respectful staff ! I came with my 4 littles & they were patient, understanding & helpful . I also had VSG surgery & couldn’t have a sandwich or eat the portion of the protein bowls & they gave me a side portion of protein without hesitation! Most places I have to a hard time feeling like a “normal person” when eating due to my small portion restrictions , but they went above & beyond to make us feel welcome so far away from home !
