I white-lied to the manager that I was from corporate when I gave my verbal approval then called to clear the lie (lol!) with more praise about this location. “We were just at Chick Fil A in Emporia, VA. As we were walking out of the restaurant to our vehicle the fry bag ripped and spilled the food across the parking lot. Jason Riddle was walking to his vehicle to leave as this happened and saw it. He immediately jumped in to help and fix it even though it was not anyone’s fault but our own. He did not have to go out of his way and he did. Super helpful and extremely nice. Thank you, Jason!“

Does it make any sense at all to have 4 employees including the manager to be unloading a food service truck while there are cars wrapped all the way around the building waiting for drive thru and the inside of the restaurant is full as well. And the manger yelling across the parking lot multiple times at those helping to hurry . If this is policy I would suggest you change it .“

“They charged my credit card twice for my food and somebody else's. Yes they gave me the money back. That doesnt matter, Why would u charge my credit card twice, and you didnt have to? Thats NOT a debit card. I could've paid cash!! The manger has no common sense at all.“

“Very accommodating, & respectful staff ! I came with my 4 littles & they were patient, understanding & helpful . I also had VSG surgery & couldn’t have a sandwich or eat the portion of the protein bowls & they gave me a side portion of protein without hesitation! Most places I have to a hard time feeling like a “normal person” when eating due to my small portion restrictions , but they went above & beyond to make us feel welcome so far away from home !

“I love my local subway, I frequent two in the Roanoke valley, theirs the one in Roanoke Rapids North Carolina beside Julian Alsbrook highway, and a second one in Gaston North Carolina, linked to the New Dixie mart that I frequent, the sale associates are very welcoming, and the atmosphere is awesome at both spots.“

“This Pizza Hut was very quick and food was very hot which I like because I have semi hot pizza. The cheese crust was very cheesy. They were open New Year’s Eve which was nice since we were traveling through and everything else was closed since we waited too long to eat unfortunately (our fault of course)“
