I stopped in and had lunch and ordered The Goat salad and it was delicious! Great service and cozy atmosphere I would highly recommend stopping in. You won’t be disappointed!
Great little spot dowton Smithfield, VA. Good for takeout or chillin' along the sidewalk or inside. Nice people!

Based on the reviews, Smithfield Gourmet Cafe and Bakery is a quaint bakery in the Downtown Smithfield area. Prices are great, and the food and service are excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive. Lunch choices are many, with fantastic sandwiches like the Rodeo burger, Reuben, sourdough bread BLT, and the Main Street Monte Cristo Sandwich. The Brunswick stew and Brunswick soup are highly recommended, and the mac and cheese unexpectedly stole the show. The place has delicious baked goods and treats for all, including apple cider bundt cakes, Piggy shaped sugar cookies, meringues, pies, cookies, fudge, and bread. The carrot cake was incredible. The atmosphere has a very cool, welcoming vibe, and the place is organized and clean. Everything is absolutely amazing, and it is highly recommended.
