“I love going to SummerWind Vineyard with friends and family! It’s so relaxing, the wine is always great, and the charcuterie boards are amazing! The scenery is picturesque and even the little ones have a great place to run around. If we’re sitting outside, we bring blankets and chairs. Love this place!“

I was extremely surprised when unfortunately I ordered a cake with another business and they canceled, fortunately I called small cake Smithfield and I was able to successfully submit an order and pick it up next day. I would recommend 10/10.“

“I have to say I am a crab cake snob and theirs are the absolute best I have ever had. Also, the lobster rolls were so fresh and better than the ones I have had in Maine. If you are ever fortunate enough to get some strawberry beignets, get them. AMAZING!!!“

“Nice quick getaway across the James River Bridge from the fast pace of Newport News to the relaxing small town atmosphere of Rescue. Captain Chuck-A- Mucks sits on the water edge of scenic Jones Creek. My wife and I visited for the first time to eat lunch and really appreciated it. Captain Chuck-A-Mucks is a very well managed and clean restaurant. We chose to set inside as to eating out on the deck. I had a salad and fried oysters and my wife had crab soup and Onion Rings. Good portions of food and great tasting. Captain Chuck-A Mucks will definitely be added to our favorite Restuaraunt list to eat at.“
