“Stopped on an early Sunday afternoon in November. Both my wife an I ordered the Po'Boy with fried oysters. She had the homemade fresh fries and I paid a dollar extra for the "side salad". Both f us enjoyed the sandwiches that were made with fresh bread and 5 delicious oysters. She enjoyed the fries and I was overwhelmed by the quality and quantity of the sala. My only complaint is that her Coke was $4.50. But then we were in something that resembled a bar. We would both come again when we are in the area,“

“We ate here last week. When we got into Yorktown, we grabbed lunch and it was delicious! Great customer service, family friendly atmosphere and yummy food! We grabbed coffee the next morning and it was delicious as well!“

“If you're in the Hampton or Newport News area, you owe it to yourself to dine here. The atmosphere is like a time capsule that takes one back to the first colonies. Right outside is the Atlantic, which is why the seafood is so fresh. The service was quick and very polite. Not hovering, not distant, but just right.

“If I could fine a 6 Star review I would! What an awesome evening. Started off with drinks upstairs, and moved down when our table for 12 was ready. With a large group one would expect that service would be slow, but Leslie D was super! So great that I HAD to speak to the manager to tell him how awesome she was! Ask for her when you come, and you will not be disappointed! We were all very much satisfied! I enjoyed the roasted oysters (four orders for the table) and the Fish and Chips. The Old Fashioned(s) were awesome, as were the Key Lime Crushes and the Lemon Drop Martinis. We celebrated my wife's birthday with all the family. We even had a visit at the table from a young man we had not seen since we lived in Bena over 39 years ago! Great place. We have been here several times preciously and will return. Thank you Leslie for such great service.“

Sometimes my fries are crispy and perfect and others it’s soggy and over saturated in oil but still piping hot. The location is very clean but service can be better.“

I really appreciate how fresh the vegetables tasted in each dish, the lettuce was actually crunchy and not mushy, and they even use mushrooms in the stir frys--such a good complimentary ingredient to add. Also, the prices for this place are well-priced and appreciated. We will be ordering from here again for sure.“

“With the unlimited sips club, Panera Bread has become my go-to for doing a cafe meetup with my kids or husband. It is now my homebase for writing my upcoming book. I love that I can sit and sip on their delicious beverages while writing, especially the dark roast and the charged up cold drinks. So delicious! The bread bowls are quite the reward to help motivate me to finish my next writing goal. I have fallen in love with this place! I love the unique chairs and sometimes the warm fire place.“

This is the freshest Chinese food I’ve had in this area, it’s exactly the nostalgic kind of Chinese food I’ve been craving and can’t find anywhere else. The serving size was perfect for the price. With the inflation you can’t expect to feed a family of four with $20 so it’s unrealistic for people to ask of that. However if it’s an occasional treat this is perfect!The location is great, and the building is what you’d expect out of a traditional take out place. “Been meaning to try this place and today was the day. Order at one of the kiosks, take a number sign to your table, and boom, food is delivered hot & fresh. Maybe a tich overpriced, but it certainly beats Mickey D next door. The interior is very clean and there's a good number of seats available. One of the better options for 'fast food.'“
